Greetings ~

This time around, I am going to build the 1941 Ford Woody Wagon. I will build the car as the stock version. This kit is from 2001. It's an AMT/Ertl kit in 1/25th scale and is set at skill level-2. The box claims there is 100-pieces involved.
Originally, these cars came in black, white, gray and tan. Those were the standard colors. I thought, since I saw my car as being a woody that was used on a farm or ranch, I wanted to paint this one Forest Green. Good luck with that.
I went to Hobby Lobby and no luck. They did green spray paints but not the color I wanted. So then I checked my local hobby shop...no luck there either. What was I to do? I called around and was shocked to find that no one had Forest Green spray paint. I didn't want any other color. So I did what I thought was a last resort. I checked my paint stash in my work shop. Tah Dah! There it was and it was the first can right in front. I was so excited that I had to stop and go change my paints.
The cool part was that the can of paint that I had was for plastic. I almost had to change again. So I was all set to begin.
A note here: I'm sorry but the instructions are a little dark as my scanner died and I had to use a cell phone to take pictures of them. I like to include the instructions on these blogs in the event that you may be building an old kit of this car and the instructions are missing. Anyhow, here we go.
